Man should be regarded as a mine rich in gems of inestimable value. It is through education alone that these gems can be unraveled and enable mankind to benefit from them. These gifts include the capacities, strengths and qualities that are hidden in the mind of every individual. The Baha’i Academy offers a number of face to face interactive courses for specific target groups providing the opportunity to discover their own hidden gems, enrich their abilities and skills, practice healthy attitudes and take initiatives to foster their own development and bring about positive change in their workplace, families and communities. Such opportunity is otherwise not available to the target groups who include undergraduate and post- graduating students of various disciplines, faculty members and non-teaching staff members of institutions of higher learning.
